Tasks, Responsible and Accountable for:
1. Responsible for logistic business processes
2. Responsible for logistic complaints
3. Propose, analysis and check logistics related investments(off-site storage tanks, special equipment)
4. Approve and implement exceptional, customer specific Road Transport Conditions for Customers.
5. Authorize non standard logistic expense contracts logistics suppliers.
6. Develop and implement procedures, work processes and system for new site transport, inbound logistics, and outbound logistics.
7. Define and develop programs to improve logistic costs in the transport network, from the plants to the customers and /or suppliers on request of Business.
8. Continually define and implement actions in order to reduce Logistic Complaints. Special projects with customers and /or suppliers on request of business.
9. E exchange of the logistic information China-Europe.
10. Propose logistic actions to improve customer Satisfaction.
11. Execute the defined SHE and Quality policies for Logistics Management.
12. Comply with PLANT Values, "People, Planet, Profit", HR policies, minimum requirements and guidelines.
