Responsibilities
1. Communicates and executes Company HR strategies, programs and processes with metrics which support business strategies.
2. Ensure site policies, standards and practices are aligned with generally accepted practices, legal standards, and applicable laws.
3. Benchmark HR processes and systems locally to ensure they are competitive, meet employee needs and provide increasing value to the site.
4. Continually scan the site environment for organizational growth opportunities, improvement areas and monitor performance.
