职位描述

Main Responsibility
1. To be the Company quality KPI owner, managing cost of quality activities, customer complaint and Field return. And ensure timely and effective corrective and preventive actions taken, in order to meet the customer expectations.
2. Establish, maintain and improve Quality system, dealing with internal, 3rd party and customer audit, to ensure the highest level of product quality and service to the customer.
3. In liaison with HR to provide quality education training and development plan for QC or related personnel to ensure the development of their professional knowledge and skills to reach the continuously improvement of quality objectives.
4. Intensify the concept of “focus on quality” in the company, continuously improve the quality consciousness of the personnel.
5. Carry out the internal Quality Processes (CQC inspection, calibration, FAI, etc.)
ROHS and related environment element control according to customer requirement and legislation to make sure the product provided by company is compliance,
6. Lead quality department, develop the team and offer training and directions, to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives of quality department.

3. 5S, daily work management
4. KPI (customer complaint, customer satisfaction, external return rate)
5. Department budget
6. Skills level of quality personnel

Qualification
1. University degree or above
2. At least 5 years experiences in quality management in the foreign invested enterprise; experience with ISO9000 certificate and related ISO14001 system knowledge.
3. Have a right understanding of various quality tools, to be observant and have a right attention to details, being proactive; prevention rather than detection.
4. Strong communication capability, high level of negotiation and presentation skills and being a good team player.
5. Strong quality leadership, developing and promoting the whole quality organization, involving and contributing in various company decisions from the quality perspective.
6. Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
