职位描述

Position Summary:
This HR Manager position works within ******* China East region HR team, as a business partner to support multiple function including manufacture and R&D, provide a broad range of human resource consultation and service to the business client groups.
Description(Please list 5~8 job responsibilities)
-. Oversee the effective goal setting and deployment process in the business, linked to ******* Performance & Development process to ensure the business goals are aligned and cascaded through the organization.
-. Policy Design and Standardization, work with the country HR team to drive and deploy programs and processes
-. Employee Engagement
-. Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence
-. Management Resource Review (Talent review and succession planning) for 2nd/3rd level deployment
-. Coach, support and advice the client managers in people management, organization and employee relations matters
-. Talent Retention Strategy – “broker” talent job moves within the organization (functions), and across Business Units and Business Groups
-. Performance Management
-. Business Conduct Investigations
-. Involve in due diligence, acquisition and integration projects as appropriate
-. Workforce Planning and Census Management, in order to ensure the optimal resources and staffing process
-. Understanding legal requirements and implementation for the country
-. ******* Operating System Support
-. Assist in the deployment of local and regional Communication plans (inputs to COE)
-. Other project work as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ):
1. -. Bachelor degree
-. At least 10 years of professional HR experience with MNCs covering a wide range of HR functions
-. Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

-. Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
