任职要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历，医学类、药学类、生化类等相关专业优先

2、有药品销售推广经验者优先

3、优秀的沟通能力、学习能力和抗压能力

4、积极主动、正向心态、勤奋踏实

5、熟悉Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件

6、有一定的英文阅读基础

岗位职责：

1、根据市场策略开展学术推广，代表公司参与各项学术活动，传递产品及医学信息

2、在公司政策和程序指引下，收集分析市场信息，掌握竞争对手策略与状况，提供合理化建议

3、定期拜访目标客户，建立维护客户关系，改变客户处方习惯，培育发展重点客户，扩大产品市场份额

4、掌握相关的医学和产品知识，在所推广产品的专业方面进行卓有成效的交流，使公司产品得以妥善及合理地应用

5、根据公司标准，建立客户档案，定期提交各类销售报表

6、直线经理交办的其它事项
