Responsibilities and duties：

· Improve and refine plant quality system, ensure all system requirements are thoroughly executed within plant, support other depts.

· Set up plant quality target such as COPQ (cost of poor quality), number of customer complain, annual sorting cost

· Monitor quality performance in production line and customer side, lead to define measures for improvement from development stage throughout mass production and EOP

· Be in charge of all internal and external customer audits from preparation period to audit finding closing

· Provide quick and satisfactory responses to any customer concerns by collaborating with cross-functional teams

· Get involved in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in SOP

· Have authority to shut down production activities against any abnormal quality process controlling requirement

· Be responsible for quality department budget controlling and team performance continuous improvement

· Hire, train and develop subordinates per business requirement and also personal development consideration

Qualifications / Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering is preferred

· More than 5 years working experience and more than 3 years team management experience

· Excellent oral and written English skills

· Result-oriented, excellent communication skills and strong logic thinking ability

· Able to work under pressure

· Strong leadership skill

Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)

· Investment casting experience in auto industry is required

· Be familiar with auto industry quality system such as IATF16949、VDA6.3、QSB、BIQS
