职位描述：
Requirements：
1.University Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Physics with minimum 3 years’ working experience or Diploma holders with more than 5 years’ working experience
2.Experience in installing and/or maintaining high vacuum Implant / CVD/PVD systems in cleanroom environment
3.Experience in handling highly automated control system
4.Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
5.Working level English for basic verbal and written communication
6.PLC experience is better

Responsbilities:
1. Installation, repair, upgrades, and troubleshoots equipment problems at customer sites.
2. Maintains daily communications with Intevac FSE and Site Manager to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
3. Participates in meetings and utilizing escalation process to resolve customer issues.
4. Assists in spares planning, monitor warranty/PM parts stock level audit.
5. Responsible for on-site training of customer's personnel on proper and safe operation of the equipment. 举报 分享
