职位描述：
1、每月收集部门内员工报销单，初审合格后交至财务审核 ；
2、整理首营资料 ；
3、准备销售合同、公司盖章流程、扫描、归档 ；
4、核销费用，并收集公司合规要求收集支持文件；
5、数据整理，每月按照公司运营部数据进行统计汇总代理商完成年度合同情况 ；
6、根据公司财务SOP，根据费用核销、打款情况 ；
7、与崇明财务对接退税事宜 ；
8、与公司各部门保持良好的沟通 。

任职资格：
1、全日制学校专科及以上学历；
2、从事一年以上企业文员工作经验***；
3、熟悉办公室行政管理知识；熟悉办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强；
5、有较强的沟通协调能力，有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及服务创新精神。 举报 分享
