职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:
- Conduct sourcing activities to maximize value and competitive advantage for EDP
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers via developing and executing effective purchasing strategies and tactics to meet sales and operational requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Purchasing Metrics Delivery:
？ Provide monthly Purchasing Metrics report to record cost improvement saving.
？ Make row data analysis to define insufficient category and risk.
？ Row data to clean up for Quarterly Scorecard delivery
？ Monthly vendor list maintain and clean up.
- Purchasing Operation Management:
？ Contract online/offline management
？ Ensure all purchases bidding to follow Purchasing SOP to conduct competitive bidding, price negotiation; contract signing.
- Vendor management:
？ Follow vendor management governance rules to monitor vendors’ performance to ensure cost effective and efficient supply.
？ Ensure new vendor creation under the compliance controlling.
？ Meet with key suppliers on a regular basis and discuss any relevant issues.
？ Ensure Vendor Review Process is cross-functional and includes key business stakeholders to ensure vendor is delivering the fair market value.
？ Ensure regular discussion of opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
？ Consolidate Categories to ensure reduce number of suppliers and minimize business risk.
- Sourcing Strategy
？ Understand competitors’ business model through the market research
？ Build up EDP purchasing sourcing strategy to meet internal customer needs and wants.
？ Define Category sourcing strategy to maximize ROI for EDP.

COMPETENCIES
- Strong communication skills with cross function team and suppliers.
- Good negotiation skills for various category segmentations(MICE, Creative, IT, SupplyChain)
- Contribute ideas to create more value for internal purchasing team and customers.
- Prompt response customer’s requirement to find the effective solution for purchasing part.
- Take ownership of own work context/specific projects
- Satisfy Project Management Skills



JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree, major in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Economics or similar
- Fluent written English.
- MS Office user proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Database Systems, Visio
- Sourcing/Category knowledge, negotiation skills, project management experience is preferred
- At least 4 years working experience in multi-national company including 2 years working experience in purchasing or relevant areas
- Conference and Event Management category. Pharmaceutical industry background is preferred not required. 举报 分享
