Responsibilities:
1. Involved the establishment of the IATF16949 management system for planning, preparation of project planning and IATF16949 implementation work plan
2. Participate in compile of IATF16949 management system documents (quality manual, procedures, works instructions, etc.)
3. Be responsible for QMS & IATF16949 various training programs specific implementation
4. Be responsible for management system file modification, approval, issuing records
5 Be responsible for the use of IATF16949 management system documents for inspection and supervision
6 In the head of internal audit arrangements, is responsible for the preparation of audit, communication with certification company and report to audit team leader
7. Be responsible for implementation of the internal audit program, the preparation of audit reports
8. Be responsible for preparing the required documents and information related to the management review and execution
9. Be responsible for IATF16949 management system daily operation of inspection and supervision, timely processing of relevant issues identified
10. Be responsible for the following-up and verification of all corrective and preventive actions from nonconforming items in the system operation.
11. MEA data collection and tracking improvement measures
12. Architecture-dependent files control and management
13. Translation of QM – Manual documents to Chinese and implement to Quality manual
14. Responsible for SAP implementation regarding Quality Management topics
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' QMS management experience working in automotive industry.
-Fluent in reading and writing English, communication skills, openness to other cultures, ability and willingness to travel abroad, ability to work independently.
