职位描述：
Responsibilities and duties
1.Strong focus on manufacturing operations, costing and management reporting
2.Work with Senior Management to conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide strategic input
3.Manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts process, including liaising with other business units to support project initiatives
4.Deliver detailed commentary which explains key drivers of the business performance
5.Participate in ad hoc analysis report including strategic insight into results, drivers and trends
6.Conduct risk assessment
7.Administrate and supervise a team of finance colleagues and well communication with managerial staffs in other sites.
8.Manage internal and external audits.
9.Ongoing maintenance and development of system processes, templates, models and analytical tools
10.Maintain Policies and Procedures
11. Implement projects of cost reduction and CAPEX planning
Qualifications and experience required
1. Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
2. Certified Public Accountants of China (CPA)
3. Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
4. Leadership and influence, can motivate many kinds of direct reports and team or project members
5. Adheres to an appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs and acts in line the core values
6. Accuracy and an eye for detail, good at figuring out the process necessary to get things done
7. Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, can easily pose future scenarios and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues
8. Blends people into teams and create strong morale and spirit in the team, lets people finish and be responsible for their work, create a feeling of belonging in the team
9.Can easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions and tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings
10. Problem solving, can uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Can see hidden problems and looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers
