职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Set up quality management and EHS system
? Set up quality test laboratory
? Implement procedures and quality standards and monitor these against agreed targets
? Establish proper documentation and ensure that daily work comply with documentation.
? Prepare and manage customer audits
? Monitor and investigate reported quality issues, and perform or lead root cause analysis and solve issues through the corrective action process.
? Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively
? Ensure all safety and health rules and regulations implemented in the plant completely and properly
? Offer new ideas and suggestions for continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
? Bachelor or above degree, preferably in technical field
? 3+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience, preferably in a packaging material supplier
? Experience to work with international customers preferred
? Proactive and hands-on working style
? Strong data analysis, reporting and communication skills
? Experience with EHS management preferred
