Responsibilities:
Training
- Align, implement and ensure the consistent operation of training strategy, procedures and practices through regular contacts with CoP of AP & Japan region and China AZBI
- Develop annual consolidated training plan with focus on LD/MD/WD programs based on the training needs identified
- Work with SHE, GMP and Lean professionals to coordinate technical trainings
- Work with line functions to establish & continuously improve on-the-job training system based on the functional competencies
- Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external vendor providers
- Follow-up training effectiveness through systematic evaluation mechanism
- Training plan implementation in the whole year
- Build and maintain consolidated training database to support T&D effectiveness measurements
- Provide logistics support to training projects and activities for their success
- Team effectiveness solutions to sustain high employee engagement
- Support site Acting HRBP for Regional Women Council activities
- Other learning and development programs and tasks based on defined needs
Staffing
- Implement recruitment strategy to support business achievement
- Support and promote employer branding campaign
- Develop, maintain and assess the sourcing channels
- Be responsible for recruiting activities including posting, sourcing, selection, offering etc.
- Recruitment planning, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Manage agencies to drive & evaluate good performance
- Develop internal and external talents pool
- Build good relationship and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders
- Develop and update recruiting process guide
- Participate in related recruitment projects
- Collect and analyze talents market intelligence, and take actions accordingly
Requirements:
- University graduate or above or equivalent education background
- Professional HR skills and knowledge
- Good consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong data analysis skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
- Ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
