职责：
?Work with MCAM for demand of CMO production;
?Issue the purchasing request for CMO products.
?Participate in the establishment of Site capacity planning system.
?Develop modeling system to verify the site capacity design.
?Leading the design of pull production systems with the support of lean team.
?Implement the design of pull materials supply with the support of lean team.
?Working with other site function teams to set up the way of working with suppliers in terms of JIT delivery, Kanban and other lean pull tools for materials supply.
?Take the role as site Data Steward to coordinate master data systems design and implementation according to global guidelines.
?Establish the BAU process for master data maintenance.
?Leading system design, testing as business user during the deployment.
?Take the role as key site system user for LSCV system and make sure the system go live.
?Leading system design, testing as business user during the deployment.
?Take the role as key user for SAP PP model and make sure the system go live.
?Leading system design, testing as business user during the deployment.
?Make the planning team development plan and participate the site planning team establishment.
?Train and coach the planning team in terms professional area.
?Leading the site pre S&OP process to indentify the supply constraints and develop the mitigation plan.
?Deliver the site pre S&OP summary to S&OP meeting
?Be responsible for execution of plans from S&OP process to meet site short-term and long-term supply requirement.
?Monthly supply planning - working with PET production schedulers and customer service, create monthly production plan to meet the demand.
?Make sure hit finished goods inventory target
?Working with Materials Planner to create material supply requests.
?Make sure hit materials inventory target
?Leading the site master data maintenance process to make sure the data accuracy.
?Make sure all operations in line with AZ policies and processes.
?Train and coach the planning team in terms professional area.
要求：
At least university education
Major of Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering is preferential.
At least 5 year or above working experience in supply chain Planning related functions at a international company
Strong ERP experience. Two year SAP PP module key user experience is must, APO experience will be a plus.
Good understanding of S&OP processes.
Fluent Chinese both in written and verbal
Good oral & written English skill
Be well up on office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
