职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Organize & Implement the initial training and internal training according to the training process;
- Draw up the annual and quarterly internal training plan for blue collar employees;
- Track the training plan implementation situation, and ensure all the planed training fully accomplished;
- Collect the training documents and update the training records;
- Define and draft the training materials e.g. teaching materials, test papers together with the internal trainers;
- Collect the updated skill matrix quarterly, and update the internal training planning accordingly;
- Internal trainer management;
- Other tasks requested by line superior;

Requirements:
- 2+ years working experience in Production/HR training function (especially focus on internal training for blue collar);
- Good English both in written and oral;
- Good office skills e.g. word, excel, PPT;
- Proactive, Responsible, Loyal, Good team player;
- Be able to work under pressure;
