职位描述Job Description:
- Internal Service Desk duty, record user's problems and queries regarding IS/IT and provide 1st level support;
- Record and log all escalations;
- Monitor cases and update users.
职位要求Requirements:
- Can work on shift (Shift 1: 8:30 -17:30, Shift 2: 12:00 - 20:00);
- Bachelor degree;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Basic knowledge in IS/IT related areas, like PC, Windows, network, etc. and familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
- Professional, positive and friendly phone manner;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Eagerness to learn and progress;
- Patient, scrupulous, good team player, self motivator;
- Experience in Service Desk or Call Center wiil be an advantage;
