职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Performs and/or oversees mechanical integrity inspections on plant equipment.
执行或监督对工厂设备的机械完整性检测
2. Responsible for accurate recordkeeping of equipment inspection and reliability data.
负责对设备检测和可靠性数据的准确记录和存档
3. Executes the plant Mechanical Integrity program and ensures that all inspections and record keeping activities are in compliance with Chinese Regulation or other relevant standards.
执行工厂机械完整性项目和确保所有的检测及档案与中国法律及相关标准相一致
4. Performs and executes the onsite Positive Material Identification (PMI) program.
落实与执行现场“积极物料识别”项目
5. Maintains competency and effectively utilizes common inspection/testing techniques to perform job responsibilities such as dye penetrant examination, radiograph interpretation, magnetic particle inspection, (eddy current testing, IRIS, RFT…), wall thickness testing, vibration analyses and other relevant non-destructive testing methods.
保持能力并有效地利用常见的检查/测试技术执行工作职责，如染料渗透检查，射线照相解
  释，磁粉检测（涡流检测，IRIS，RFT ...），壁厚测试，振动分析和其他相关非 - 破坏性测

6. Participates in and/or leads reliability assessments and equipment root cause failure analysis activities.

7. Identifies and evaluates projects relating to improving equipment reliability and mechanical integrity.

8. Effectively utilizes the computerized maintenance management software (EAM, when we will have the tool) & database to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement.

9. Stays current with best practice engineering/maintenance methods and codes, plant engineering standards and other codes that apply, shares with sister plant.

10. Keeps relevant licenses and certifications current (if needed in China)
                    保持相关的许可证和认证（在中国如果需要的话）
11. Participate as a team member for HAZOP's, Management of Change and special projects where assigned.

12. Participating in Hazard Reviews as needed, recommending safety improvements, completion of safety action items as assigned, completing required regulatory training, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
