职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Draft and review daily contracts and other legal documents
2. Local legal support in general corporate matters
3. Handle various legal affairs relating to corporate and business
4. Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues
5. Assist in financing project related legal affairs
6. Assist in contracts management
7. Assist in litigation matters
8. Assist in SOP drafting and management
9. Other daily legal work as assigned
Educational qualification:
Bachelor degree from a well-known university with major in law
PRC bar examination passed
Working experience:
1. At least 3 years of work experience in the legal department of an international group or law firm, work experience at a pharmaceutical company highly preferred
2. Related legal experience in international surrounding companies in China
3. Solid knowledge of various legal aspects, such as contract law, corporate law
4. Experience in litigation is a plus
5. Good knowledge of international business
Language: Chinese native speaker; excellent English reading and writing skills
Personality:
Independent, but with team orientation
Strong communication skill
Well organized work style
Strong sense of responsibility
