职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Identifies training and development needs of staff up to senior management level in conjunction with functional department managers.
2.  Initiates, organizes and undertakes training in the forms of courses, workshops and seminars.
3.  Prepares training budget, seek and win approval for this and control costs against budget.
4.  Roll out the Corporate training programs in China plant.
5. Design and implement specific program to identify management potential and training needs.
6.  Assists HR Director in developing more effective communication tools.
7. Liaise with external training consultants including identification of course objectives and content.
8.  Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree and above with 3 years experience in HR/training area,
2. Good command of both Spoken and written English
3. Open, Passionate and easy-going
4. Independent, self-initiated, self-motivated
