Job Description:
1,Collect, organize, monitor, and report on information related to the functions of the Quality Assurance department.
2,Interact with both customer, factory and company personnel on all levels regarding quality related issues.
3,Promote quality process control in our factory and assist factory in developing project based process control plans.
4,Coordinated process control efforts by participating in the product development process, and maintaining excellent communication across our factory.
5,Monitor factory's quality control performance. Create and maintain an efficient tracking tool.
6,Able to provide technical support to Sales tem to response customer inquire related to quality.
7,Train and educate new factories in compliance with process control and quality standards.
8,Determine if factory or product processes control/level and quality standard are appropriate. Provide input to Plant Manager on factory quality goals and level of attainment.
9,Develop system to measure the appropriateness of process control plan with quantifiable measures.

Qualifications and Education/Experience:
1,Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.
2,Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3,Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4,Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
5,Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
6,Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
7,Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
8,Ability to study and apply new information.
