要点：第一学历本科，要有注安证，有五年以上化工制造业的经验。英语可以正常沟通，需要与英国沟通。
KEY TASKS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Organize and lead company HSE (Healthy, Safety and Environment) committee regular meeting and activities
组织和领导公司HSE（健康，安全和环境）委员会定期会议和活动
2.Communicate with government relevant department, make sure company operation related to healthy, safety and environmental permissions and (or) licences are valid
与政府相关部门沟通，确保公司运营涉及的有关健康，安全和环境的许可或执照有效
3.Responsible ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 internal training, make sure company operation meet environmental and safety system requirements
负责ISO14001和OHSAS18001的内部培训，确保公司运营活动符合环境和安全体系的要求
4.Lead, organize and prepare HSE activities, improve staff healthy, safety and environmental consciousness
领导、组织和准备相关的HSE活动，提高员工的健康，安全和环保意识
5.Ensure the whole site safety related issues are dealt with
确保工厂安全相关问题都得到妥善处理
6.Ensure the safety improvement actions are reviewed and actions taken
确保安全改进措施的实施及定期审查
 
EDUCATION & TRAINING
1.Bachelor or above, major in environmental engineering, chemical related or others.
大学毕业，环境工程,化学/化工相关或其它专业
2.Understanding of ISO 9000 working practices
了解ISO9000的工作内容
3.More than 5 years relevant experience in Healthy, Safety and Environment in Chemical manufacturing enterprise;
5年以上化工生产型企业HSE方面的工作经验
4.Have a registered safety engineer certificate of dangerous chemicals
具有危险化学品注册安全工程师证
5.Safety management personnel work permit for hazardous chemical production enterprises
具有危险化学生产企业安全管理人员上岗证
6.Experience in the pre-production trial of hazardous chemicals and the first time to receive safety production license
有危险化学品试生产及初次领安全生产许可证经验
7.Fluent in both written and spoken English
