职位描述
岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司的技术研发工作，并推进项目的工艺、技术进步和改进；
2、带领部门进行产品研发，确定产品和技术的创新目标；
3、负责组织项目小试各项准备工作及小试计划的实施
4、负责组织中试生产的各项准备工作及中试实施；
5、负责新产品生产的技术培训；
6、负责编制部门的年度工作计划及培训计划。
任职要求：
1、硕士研究生，化工类专业；
2、相关工作经验三年以上。
3、工作地点：泰兴（有宿舍）
