工作职责
1.建立并和相关的售后团队在我们中国的客户群中积极推动售后部门的相关销售业务
Establish and actively promote sales of service plus products towards our Chinese customer base and establishment of the related after sales team
2.有效地与客户交流关于售后的销售的事宜，跟踪开票及付款事宜
Effective communication with the customer regarding sales, invoicing process and monitoring of payment follow-up, etc
3.有效地与服务主管及埃马克集团工厂交流有关国内的和亚洲的售后事宜
Effective communication with Service-Supervisors and EMAG group factories for all matters connected to the domestic & Asian after sales business
4.负责管理所有售后销售文件，如报价、销售合同、采购订单等
Manage all after sales documents, such as quotation, sales contracts, purchase order, etc.
5.与物流人员协调，保证备件及时报关清关并按时交货给客户
Coordinate with logistics responsible person to ensure the parts are timely cleared with customs and properly delivered to customers without delay
6.就备件销售趋势进行统计并向上级主管汇报
Reports and statistics on spare parts sales trend
7.编制战略计划和准备年度的备件业务目标和预测
Strategic planning and preparation of the annual spare parts business target &forecast

任职资格
Your Qualifications:
1.至少5年机床或相关行业备件销售管理和备件物流管理经验，具有技术和商业学位优先
At least 5 years experience in the management of spare parts sales and logistics in machine tools or relevant fields, preferable technical or commercial degree holder
2.流利的口头及书面英语水平，至少CET6级
Strong command of English, in both written and spoken, at least CET6
3.熟悉和熟练地使用SAP系统
Familiar and proficient in working with SAP system
4.熟练操作办公室软件，Word、Excel、PowerPoint和Project等
Proficiency in MS Office application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project etc
5.谈判技能
Negotiation skills
6.自我激励并能在压力下工作
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
7.能独立完成工作，高度的责任感
Self-dependent, great sense of responsibility and reliability
8.良好的交流技能，团结协作的精神
Strong communication skills, good team player
9.有会计方面经验的优先
Preferably you have experience in accounting
10.愿意出差
