主要工作（key tasks):

该职位负责建立和管理公司的项目质量控制体系，以确保该体系适用于公司所有在生产过程所需要的所有物料；质控部们应使用通用的办法以及执行一些特殊的流程来确保检验，清洁以及库存活动的完成。

负责工作的区域：

质量控制员负责所有的质控活动，包括收料区，清点区，清洁区以及零件仓库。

JOB DESCRIPTION,

This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the company Quality Control Program for all the incoming goods used in the production process.

The QCD works within general methods and specific procedures in order to perform the inspection,testing,cleaning and storage activities.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY,

The QCD directs and performs all the QCD activities including Receiving Area,Counting Area,Cleaning Area and Components Warehouse.

资格要求：

4年制本科学历，机械工程专业，

流利的英语（四级）需和外籍人员沟通和汉语

至少4年以上在机械工厂质控的经验，欧洲制造工厂经验更佳。

叉车证经验更佳

REQUIRED EDUCATION,TRAINING&EXPERIENCE

Four-year bachelor's degree mechanical engineering.

Fluent in English(CET-4)and Mandarin.

Minimum Four-year quality control experience in the mechanical industry,machining shop and machine manufacturing European companies is a plus.

Forklift experience is a plus.

主要技能Main Skills：

1.具有国际标准的机械设计经验，绘图视图尺寸，公差加工余量和机械标注技能，能够设计更佳，具备机械性能及相关国际标准更佳，所有的铸铁，青铜，黄铜等零部件的检测，具有砂型铸造零件经验更佳。

2.能够使用卡钳，深度计，深测仪，测高仪，能够使用硬度测试仪器更佳，

3.具有记录，组织所有的配套文档保证质量控制的有效性的能力

4.具备很好的沟通能力，以及英文听说读写。

SKILLS REQUIRED,

1,Knowleage of the mechanical design accordingly to the international standards,Drawing views,dimensions,tolerances,machining allowances and machining marks,Ability to design is a plus.

Knowledge of the material mechanical properties and relevant international standards,Quality control inspection and testing experience for fully machined cast iron,steel,stainless steel,bronze and brass components,Fully machined sand casting components experience is a plus.

2,Ability to use caliper,depth gage,go-no-go gauge,micrometer,altimeter is a must, Ability to use hardness test machine is a plus.

3,Ability to record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation,maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program.

4,Good communication skills and a true team player.
