职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
2.Analyzes and plans , space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3.Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
4.Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
5.Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
6.Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
7.Independent identify potentials of ratio of complex manufacturing and assembly plants
8.Planning and monitoring of approved improvements
9.Self-schedule start of production in compliance with the determined surface values in the improvement process
10.Evaluation of technical changes in production support
11.Changes of parts, BOMs, routings, as specified in the SAP system
12.Preparation of all necessary documents (e.g. Specification, FMEA, Fine Schedule) As part of the improvement process for the optimization of manufacturing and assembly facilities

Requirement:
1. Bechelor degree with Engineering background, 3-5 years related working experience
2. Ability to work with mathematical concepts ,fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
3.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
4. Good English communication skills
5.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
6.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
7.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 举报 分享
