职位描述：
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Quality Control/Quality Assuracne team
* Work closely with other department to solve quality problems and to establish standard working procedures.
* Lead Departmental and cross Departmental Improvement Projects
* Implement Group’s quality management system in accordance with the TS16949 and customer requirements. Oversee the implementation of the quality control procedures and policies and ensure conformity with corporate specifications and standards.
* Provide technical expertise to manufacturing operations in establishing, evaluating and implementing total quality management systems.
* Design of fixtures and tools for manufacturing of volume products
* Continuous improvement of the quality systems and the products.
* Develop the team’s competence through training and development
* Plan, schedule, and implement training for quality control personnel and any other employees whose work directly or indirectly affect product quality.
* Direct the inspection and testing procedures of incoming and outgoing finished parts and products.
* Responsible for liaison with external parties, such as customers, Quality System Certification bodies and Quality System Agencies on matters relating to quality.
* Make an Internal Quality Audit agenda every year and monitor the effectiveness of the Internal Quality Auditing implementation.
* Report the department and customer’s KPI to the management team.
* The Quality Manager has the responsibility and the authority, if necessary, to stop production or delivery.
* Maintain records of all customer complaints, and review them with the Production Manager and related departments to resolve the complaints.

Requirements:
* University Degree preferably in Engineering or similar
* Minimum 8-10 years working experience in manufacturing industries. Minimum 5 years working experience as a QC/QA supervisor
* Demonstrated experience in managing a team of quality professionals in production environment in auto industry
* Experienced in Automotive production quality systems : APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
* Experience from quality standards such as TS 16949
* Must possess proficient knowledge in quality control field and he/she must have hands-on leadership experience from quality control area.
* Demonstrated skills in leading cross functional teams to implement action plans
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills
