职位描述：

工作要求Job Requirements：

1、 本科以上学历，工业工程、机械电气等相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or Mechanical electrical

2、 汽车或机械制造行业3年以上相关工作经验，至少参与过3个完整的产品工艺开发过程

Over 3 years work experience in automobile or mechanical manufacturing industry, participated at least 3 product industrialization processes completely.

3、 具有精益生产相关知识

Have lean manufacturing knowledge

4、 熟悉PFMEA，并具备相应的防错知识

Familiar with PFMEA, knowhow of Poka Yoke and Jidoka

5、 具备电气、PLC等基础知识

Basic knowledge of electrical, PLC, etc.

6、 熟练使用Auto CAD 以及Pro-E或 Solid work等三维制图软件

Skilled use of 3D drawing software such as Auto CAD and Pro-E or Solid work

7、 熟练使用Office 软件

Skilled use of Office

8、 乐观积极，具有团队合作精神，乐于学习，善于沟通，并勇于承担责任

Positive thinking, team player, willing to learn and communicate, willing to take responsibilities.

9、 英语应具备基本技术方面沟通能力

Capability of English communication, at least in technical area.

2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities

1、 负责产品线的前期开发。包括生产线报价，先期工艺流程设计，PFMEA，产线概念设计，定点后详细产线及工装的设计，标准化作业制成，参与产线供应商定点及设备验收，产线搭建及爬坡。

Responsible for whole product industrialization process, include quotation, process design, PFMEA analysis, production line design (concept and detail design with supplier), 1^st version of SOP. Participate in production line supplier selection, equipment acceptance, physical build of the line, line adjustment, sample build and trial run etc.

2、 量产后，协助生产部做产线的改进，提高生产效率，并需要及时更新标准化文件。

After SOP, support production department to do improvement project, increase productivity. When EC or any change related with process happened, responsible to change the related standard documents.
