职位描述：
1 To implement & follow up TPM tools on production line.
实施贯彻工厂开展的全员维护保养计划
2 To follow up Breakdown rate,and TPM indicators & actions plan associated in accordance with cost, quality and lead time objectives
以费用，质量，时间为目标，负责停机时间，TPM指标和执行措施
3 To manage spare parts including the availability, effectiveness and inventory
负责管理备件，保证其可用性，有效性和足够安全库存
4 Initiate and standardize the preventive maintenance system&trouble shooting.
实施和标准化工厂的预防性保养系统，对设备故障进行分析排查
5 To take a leading role in continuous improvement and in the resolution of identified problems associated maintenance.
负责设备的持续改进，保障相关维修事宜的长期有效性
6 To working with equipment supplier together for new machine design review and follow the project progress.
与设备供应商一起设计新设备，跟踪项目进度
7 To take part in equipment WI and line equipment validation.
负责设备作业指导书撰写和产线验证
8 To participate to technical committee and take the electrical expert roles for line support&improvement
参与技术会议，并以电气专家的角色支持和改善产线
9 To take roles for training technician with electrical skills and troubleshooting competence.
负责培训技术员相关电气知识，提供问题解决能力"
10 Identifying improvement opportunities and managing improvement action plans
定义改善机会，管理改善工作的实施

Qualifications:
Level (diploma) required:
- Bachelor degree or above on electricity, mechanical, automation, and related engineering education background
    大学本科或者以上学历，电气，机械，自动化和相关工程类教育背景

Experience:
- Solid maintenance experience on in the field of electrical or automation industry
   丰富的电气维修经验或者自动化工业经验
- Experienced on TPM introduction
   TPM开展实施经验
- Siemens PLC program will be needed.
  西门子系列PLC的调试，开发经验
-Rubber injection or Plastic injection machine maintenance experience will be a plus
