Job Description

Position：Quality Manager Report Directly to：GM
Responsibility：
- According to annual quality target of company, make annual working plan Quality Department and organize to implement.
- In charge of organizing, making and implementing all items of quality standard, quality management documents and regulations;
- In charge of supplier quality management, organizing entry check of raw material, outsourcing and bought-in components ; supervising suppliers to finish quality correction
- Take responsibility of processing quality control and finished goods inspection.
- In charge of handling customer complain; organizing quality team to analyze, correct and make prevent measure of quality accident; following validation works and putting forward all solution document of quality accident such as 8D report;
- In charge of operation of TS16949 to make sure a smooth pass of outer audit on company system ; take responsibility of organization of internal audit and external autit for instance TS16949, CCC, Formel Q.....
- In charge of measure and regulation of all measuring instrument and re-examination of effectiveness of the gauge, equipment and systems;
- Support quality management of new new project management, including PPAP documents to ensure a smooth pass from customer on new product and reach the quality level of mass production;
- In charge of pushing to solve quality issue which occur in the process of production; coordinating all the relationships between relative departments; clear quality standard and operation standard of techniques;
- Assist to make quality training to company staff to improve the sense of quality of staff and make them equip application skills of relevant quality tools;
- Participate in all 5S activities. Keep work site clear and tidy according to 5S management requirements.
- 根据公司年度质量目标，制定本部门年度工作计划和年度成本预算，并组织实施计划达成目标；
- 负责组织制定和完善各项质量标准，质量管理文件和规则制度，并贯彻实施；
- 负责组织对原材料，外委件，外购件等入厂检验工作，督促供应商完成质量整改工作；负责在制品等过程质量控制及成品出厂质量检验工作；
- 负责处理客户抱怨，组织团队对质量事故进行分析并制定纠正和预防措施，完成跟踪验证工作；提交8D报告等各类质量事故处理文件；
- 负责公司TS16949运行，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；
- 负责公司各类计量器具的计量，校正工作，以及检具，检测设备，检测装置等的有效性复检工作；
- 负责新产品开发质量管理工作，包括提交PPAP文件，保证新项目顺利通过客户审核，达到批量生产要求的质量水平；
- 组织开展公司过程审核和产品审核，确保达成质量目标；
- 负责解决生产过程中出现的质量问题，协调涉及到的各相关部门的关系，明确技术质量要求和执行标准；
- 协助对公司员工进行质量培训，提高全员质量意识，掌握相应的质量工具应用技巧；
- 参与5S各类活动，执行公司5S管理要求，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。

Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above
- 7 years working experience in quality management, 5 years in automotive components industry at least.
- Familiar with quality system and tools, such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc;
- Have experience quality system management of TS 16949 and CCC is preferred;
- Good communication and team work skills;
- Practiced English both in oral and written( need to report foreign boss)
- 本科及以上学历，工科背景；
- 7年质量管理经验，至少5年汽车零部件行业质量经验；
- 熟悉PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D 等质量工具；
- 拥有新厂建立3C和TS16949经验者更佳；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
- 英语听说读写熟练。
