职位描述：
工作职责：
■编制量产产品注塑标准工艺，管理和发放《注塑标准工艺表》，《注塑试制工艺表》
■带领注塑团队完成新产品导入、新模具注塑工艺试制，生产过程指导，完成样品试生产评价
■对注塑产品工艺、模具进行优化
■对注塑新工艺研究，测试和应用推广
■管理和控制注塑模具的备件，图纸
■组织和实施注塑工艺培训，对作业员工注塑工艺能力考核
■生产线不良问题分析和处理
■参与实施持续改进计划
■由于运作需要或管理层指令，担负其他责任或特殊任务

职位要求：
> 大专以上学历，注塑、机电专业优先，会使用3D绘图软件及应用Mold Flow进行分析；
> 3年以上注塑行业工作经验，至少1年以上试模方面工作经验；
> 熟悉ISO/TS 16949管理体系知识
> 较强协调沟通能力和执行力，能承受较强的工作压力。
