职位要求：
1. Ph.D. in biology related field with minimum 5 years of experience in molecular biology, cancer biology, biomarker, immunohistochemistry, histopathology, and related field.
2. Broad expertise in genomics and biomarker field, and hands on experience in nucleic acid preparation, PCR/qPCR, Immunohistochemistry, FISH, Immunoblotting, multiplex immune-detection and related technology platforms.
3. Capable of experimental design, protocol development, and data report writing.
4. Capable of trouble shooting and critical data analysis.
5. Demonstrated capability of team building and management
6. Excellent communication skills, oral and writing, in English and Chinese.
7. Capable of scientific presentation, both oral and writing.
8. Hard working and self motivated.
9. Efficient and capable of meet timelines.
10. Open to new ideas, ambitious, innovative and result oriented.
11. Pleasant interpersonal skills, and be able to work with different teams as a supporting function.
职责：
1. Genomics/Biomarker service platform development and application, including PCR, IHC, WB, ELISA, FISH, and other novel assay platforms.
2. Study design, protocol development and optimization, and study report writing and reviewing.
3. In charge of internal/external project execution, management, and timely delivery.
4. Resolve scientific and other issues to reach client satisfaction.
5. Communication with external and internal partners/clients.
6. Provide data report and information necessary to facilitate BD activities.
7. Scientific and technical training of group members
8. Laboratory/team building, and daily work management
9. SOP writing, reviewing, and implementing.
10. Complete other assignment timely from upper management.
