Responsibilities:
Supervision:
Elaboration of Information Systems budget,follow up and reporting
Supervision of Infrastructure systems,team and the users
Supervision of subcontractors and suppliers
Asset lifecycle management (ordering,replacement,decommission)

Infrastructure (IT) Activities:
?Implementation and support of H.C.Starck IT standards (LAN, WAN, PC, Servers, Telephony...) with assistance from HQ
?Servers and network management
?Assistance to users in information systems daily usage
?Security policy enforcement, back-up and recovery plan implementation
?Technical support to the users
?Global project (collaborate and communicate with global team)
?User training
?Report to CFO

Requirements:
Education, skills, languages:
?Bachelor’s degree (CS is preferred) or equivalent
?Over 5 years of following infrastructure systems experience and user support experience
?Experience of implementing and management of Windows 2003 and 2008 R2
?Experience of implementing and management of Windows XP and Windows 7
?Experience of management network (router, switch, monitoring tools and so on)
?Experience of management of VMware (ESXi 4.1 or 5.1)
?Experience of Office 2007 or Office 2010
?Knowledge of backup and restore
?Experience of global project
?Native level in Chinese (Mandarin) and business level in English

Preferred experiences;
?Experience of SAP system (modules)
?Microsoft System Center
?Experience of working at global environment
