Job Description：

Utilizes standard inspection techniques to assure accuracy and repeatability of measurements.
Schedule workflow to meet internal and external customer deadlines.
Engineering support to each project team for sample measurement.
Responsible the following things in the testing department: Work Instruction, Maintenance Plan, Repair , Programming, Spare Parts planning and so on.
Make recommendations to the customer team on measurability and standardization of prints.
Commonize and incorporate lessons learned with APQP suppliers and assembly plants to establish inspection method criteria for new programs.
Flexible and able to quickly change direction to support internal customer needs.
Requalification all final products according brose standard.
Other Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement：

Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a mechanical field.
Minimum 3 years experience in test department the automotive industry.
Minimum 1 year experience of quality methods and quality control.
Familiar with drawings according GD&T.
Collects and researched data. Uses intuition and experience to complement data.
Designs work flows and procedures.
Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology
Familiar with Chinese automotive market and industry
Familiar with frequently used test equipment which used for quality control of material, stamping and welding, assembly.
