- Make maintenance and inspection contents and plans for production equipment in related area of responsibility; Organize the repair work and solve mechanical problems for the whole machines independently;

- Count up and analyze the equipment's status and fault conditions, come up with improved and optimized measures constantly; Participate daily Maintenance improvement with operational team;

- Analyze the fault cause every regular time interval, and provide with improvement measures, finish solving the difficulty problems of the equipment in related area under the deadline, and coordinate with external resources to ensure the equipment in good working order;

- Responsible for TPM implementation; Management of equipment; Responsible for maintenance cost forecast management and control;

- As one of core team members, Responsible for communicating the safety of government, environmental policy, and urged its implementation within the company; Construction design review in relation to the construction site safe and civilized, urging contractors to establish and improve construction safety culture production systems, safety technology and safety technology procedures, certificates and other special operations implementation;

- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, Customer oriented and flexible, Quality oriented, Honest and responsible.

- Over 5 years' experience in mechanical, electrical maintain and familiar with Simens PLC application; Experiences in TPM system training and relative operation; experiences in injection machine maintenance, EHS management experiences is proferred;

- Enjoy working with others; Good communication skills, structured working style, team player, reliable;

- Familiar in working with MS Office software;

- Fluent English/Mandarin.
