工作职责：


- 负责直流电源、中频、射频能量供给系统或电子设备仪器的维修和安装
- 根据需求，给客户提供专业的技术支持和培训，并与客户保持良好的关系
- 对客户报告的技术故障具有快速反应的能力，并报告给上海办公司
- 与销售合作，提供当地的服务支持，并协助提高销售额
- 对本职位提供欧洲培训的机会
- 需要频繁出差


基本要求：


- 本科学历或以上，电气工程或电子工程等相关专业
- 在安装和维修直流电源、中频、射频能量供给系统或电子设备仪器方面有一年以上的工作经历
- 具有镀膜应用和感应加热的技术背景者优先
- 良好的英语口头、阅读和写作能力。会德语者优先
具备巩固的计算机技术，并能很好的处理和客户间的人际关系
- 具有团队合作精神并乐于迎接挑战


Job Description/ Responsibilities:


- Responsible for installation and repair of DC, MF and RF power supplies or electronics products and equipment;
- Provide technical support and trraining to customers according to the requirements and maintain
good relationship with our customers
- Fast response for the technical issues reported by customers, and report to Shanghai Office.
- Work closely with sales, provide good service support locally and support to promote sales
revenue
- Training opportunity in Europe will be arranged for the position;
- Frequent business travel required.


Qualifications and Requirements:


- Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrical engineering or electronics etc.;
- More than one year's experiences in installation and repair of DC, MF and RF power supplies or electronics products and equipment;
- Plasma application and induction heating technical background is preferred.
- Good working language in English: speaking, reading and writing. German is a plus;
Solid computer knowledge and excellent inter personal skills in dealing with customers relations;
- Team work spirit and willingness to take up challenges.
