Valor Account Manager
Report to: China Sales Manger
Location: Shanghai OR Shenzhen
1. Manage Valor's sales activities.
2. Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quota goals
3. Responsible to develop effective plan for managing the territory and accounts,
4. Close account management is expected to continue renewal of support agreement and additional sales for key accounts
5. Responsible for cultivate new key accounts
6. Manage the pipeline at contracted distributors in the area
7. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly regional sales forecasts
8. Build and implement Valor market penetration into the Specific market in the defined region.
9. Work closely with technical support team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
1. University Degree (Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or Science)
2. Good people skills, Energetic, Positive Attitude and self motivated
3. Good communication skill in the local language and in English. Japanese speaking is a strong plus.
4. Must/ preferably have at least 5 years of selling experience the Electronics Manufacturing industry and in particular must have a good network of existing senior contacts within major EMS/OEMs in specific Area
5. Proven successful track record of sales success in selling software solution or in selling similar Products.
6. Understanding and able to execute value selling of system solution effectively
7. Ability to build a credible ROI model – Business knowledge and the ability to turn identified improvement areas into monetary value to the customer.
8. High technical skills and ability to learn complex SW systems
9. Ability to build a genuine rapport with customers
10. Ability to converse confidently with executives buyers
11. The ability to develop effective plan for managing their territory, accounts, ands/or opportunity
12. Experience in the PCB Design and Assembly Industry preferably in software solution based sales, and business development type positions.
13. Broad experience in PCB industry is a strong plus, especially PCB Fabrication and CAM, although Design or Assembly is also helpful.
