Major Responsibilities

1.Engineering Drawings- Be able to model parts (Machined and Sheet Metal) in 3D using Pro/Engineer and make 2D engineering drawings to support operations.

2. Analytical - Be able to design experiments to gather and synthesize complex and diverse data to recognize trends and changes. Provide sound test data analysis from which informed decisions can be made.

3. Problem Solving -Identifies problems and develops comprehensive solutions based on data. Works to develop “win-win” solutions in group situations.

4. Customer Centered -Work with H.C. Starck Sales & Marketing to develop solutions to problems based on current capability.

5. Team Building -Participates in team initiatives and supports the goals and directives of management. Will be required to train the machine operator and other associates on how to operate the equipment after programming.

Qualifications

1. College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. 3 Years of Experience in a Process Engineering environment.

3. Pro/Engineer for design and drawing. (Solidworks may also be considered)

4. MS Office software, including MS Project.

5. Fluent in English and Chinese, Written and Verbal communication in English

6. Experience with Refractory Metals a plus

7. Experience with SAP a plus
