Key Accountabilities:
1. Cooperation with Taicang team on TS16949 implementation, ensure Taicange following the same QMS standard as Ningbo.
2. Cooperation with Taicang team on customer special requirements implementation, like Ford Q1& MMOG, SGM QSB, and so on.
3. Conduct the internal QMS audit, manufacturing audit, external TS16949 audit (DNV) and customer audits (after SOP), follow up the actions.
4. Information communication with Ningbo QS team, feedback any improvement opportunities on QMS.
5. Maintain Audit module in QSYS, keep the information in valid.
6. Support other departments on QMS training and consultation.
7. Report and complete other works leader assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering background, mechanical preferred

2. 3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry.
3. Be familiar with ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA requirements.
4. Have knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application.

5. TS16949, VDA internal auditor certificate required.
