职位描述
Job Description:
1. The Quality Engineer will be a primary interface to suppliers and contract manufacturers in China to ensure
effective quality control of all products.
2. Work with divisional groups and suppliers to address manufacturing issues as they arise.
3. Be responsible for establishment and implement plans and schedules for each vendor to pursue continuous
improvement activities.
4. Be responsible for conducting quality systems audits on prospective suppliers, and follow up audits of incumbent
suppliers.
5. Work with local Sourcing Engineers to evaluate RFQ guidelines, ie PPAP requirements, samples sizes, process
improvements and all other quality related issues.
6. Other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Skills Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in related field, experience working directly with contract manufacturers and
suppliers is also required.
3. Good command of both written and oral English is a MUST, CET-6 level or above.
4. Strong knowledge in Six Sigma, ISO9001 & ISO14000 and RoHS is required.
5. Knowledge of IPC 610-D class II and ESD applications is a plus.
6. High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, as well as energetic and self disciplined personality.
7. Willing to travel around China frequently.
