职位描述
General Description:
This role will be part of BW SAP team that is supporting BW SAP system; mainly focus on PP, WM and QM modules, This IT specialist works with the various business and IT Teams to make sure services are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner. The IT Specialist must be able to effectively work with other IT Service Teams, IT Business Relationship Managers, as well as the different functional areas at the locations in their region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? BA/BS Computer Science or related field
? 7+ years working experience on SAP logistics module support
? Solid knowledge on IT System, especially on SAP system, both technical skill and process management
? Good Communication skills
? Experience working with Automotive Sector/Organizations
? Project management experience is a plus
? People or Team management experience is a plus.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Second Level SAP support for Turbo Taicang and other china locations as required.
2. Work with business department to evaluate and analyze business requirement, such as request evaluation, report requirement specification analysis, user interface etc.;
3. Provide proposal & consulting for business requirement;
4. Improve, optimize and develop business process function relates to SAP system PP/WM/QM
5. Work with internal application team and external support team for system development, improvement and maintenance;
6. Participate to or responsible for new SAP project implementation as assigned;
7. Responsible for related IT internal unit test and work with users for integration test;
8. Participate to or responsible for SAP documents preparation such as blueprint, user manual, training material etc.
9. Knowledge transfer and training to key user and end user;
