职位描述
1. Implement and maintain company quality system
负责公司质量体系的推行和维护
2. Establish and update the quality system documentation (manual, procedure, working instruction)
负责组织编制和修订公司体系手册、程序文件和叁级文件，并实施管理
3. Establish and implement internal system, process and product audit plan. Finish the audit report. Manage
return and rejects suggestion and monitor problem-solving process
制定公司内部的体系、过程和产品审核计划，按计划组织实施，并完成审核报告。对审核提出的不符合项和建议项跟踪检查
落实情况
4. Serve second or third party quality audit. Including CCS, CSCPBV, etc. Manage rejects analysis and establish
improvement measures and monitor problem-solving process
接待、接受第二、叁方质量审核，包含CCS, CSCPBV等, 组织分析不符合项，制订整改措施并监控落实情况
5.Responsible for quality training system, ensure quality awareness enhancement and quality engagement.
组织质量培训，提高公司质量意识
6. Other works assigned by line manager

Requirements要求:
1. university degree(better major is science and engineering)。Must have the intermediate title (which was
approved and reges by the government)
大学理工科毕业。取得国家认可的中级职称。（必备条件！）
2. At least 3 years work experience in quality system industry
至少3年质量体系工作经验
3. Familiar with the quality management system, such as CSCBPV 、TS16949，better have the experience of implement
the CSCBPV.
熟悉质量管理体系，如TS16949，CSCBPV,最好有CSCBPV实施经验
4. Strong communication skills and organization skills。
具有良好沟通能力和组织能力
5. Fluent English speaking 。
英语读写流利。
