Job Description

Position：Quality Engineer Report Directly to：QM

Responsibility：

In charge of making, updating and implementing CP after SOP, inspection instruction and relevant forms.

- In charge of incoming inspection of raw material, outsourcing and bought-in components ; supervising suppliers to finish quality correction ; take responsibility of processing quality control of in-process product and final quality check of finished goods;

- In charge of handling customer complain; organizing cross function team to analyze, correct and make prevent measure of quality accident; Prepare all solution document of quality accident such as 8D report and following validation works.

- In charge of product audit, process audit and take part in internal system audit, make report of each audit and follow-up corrective actions untile all of the open issues are closed.

- In charge of internal and external test of parts, measurement and regulation of all measuring instrument and calibration of the gauges, equipments, take responsibility of MSA ;

- In charge of document preparing with CFT, including PPAP documents and SPC needed, to ensure a smooth pass from customer on new product and reach the quality level of mass production;

- In charge of solving quality issue which occur in the process of production with CFT

- In charge of statistic of nonconforming parts

- In charge of QMS document control

- In charge of inspectors management and inspection area management such as 5S etc.

Requirement：

- College degree or above, major in engineering;

- 4 years working experience in quality management, 3 years in automotive components

industry at least. And have experience trunk floor or interior trim parts industry is

preferred

- Familiar with quality system and tools, such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,

8D,etc;

- Have internal auditor certificate of TS 16949 ;

- Have certificate of internal calibration and laboratory management is preferred;

- Good communication and team work skills;

- Practiced English both in oral and written
