Job description
·建立、实施与维护生产制度及规程，管理与评估物料、设备、工装和人力的利用情况，以达到公司运营目标。
Managing and evaluating the use of materials, equipment, installations and human resources thru the utilization of the company policies and procedures, as well as its development, creation and implementation, to achieve the Business Plan Objectives.
·管控生产进程的有序性，确保产品按质按量满足日常交付需求。Must ensure that production schedule, quality of FG’s, and shipments are achieved in a daily bases.
·确保各项生产过程受控，并达到KPI的要求，保证纠正预防措施的实施和跟进。
Must handled and keep all the operations under control and meet KPI requirements. Must ensure that the corrective and preventive plans are conducted.
·提高生产计划达成率和生产效率，降低原材料报废、在制品和成品库存。
Must work closely with the PMC department to improve the delivery time of the production orders and productivity, as well as the reduction of scrap, raw material, WIP, and finish goods
·负责对部门员工的培训、指导，控制人员流动率
Responsible for the training and coaching of staff, keep staff turnover at a low level
·负责员工的安全教育，避免安全事故的发生
Responsible for safety training, prevent the work injury and accident.

Required qualifications
·本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above.
·钣金加工或机械制造行业5年以上生产管理工作经验，熟悉钣金加工工艺及设备；
Above 5 years’ production management work experience in sheet metal
·良好的谈判技巧，以及丰富的问题应急处理以及解决方案制定实施能力
Good skills for the negotiation and and relative emergency issues analysis and solving
·良好的时间管理、项目管理以及生产现场管理能力
Good skills for time management and project management
·熟练使用AutoCAD，PRO-E等设计软件，熟练操作Office办公软件；
Good skills in design softwares and standard computer applications
·英语熟练，会德语者优先
Excellent English language skills, skills in German are beneficial
