职位描述
主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
1.Act as the first customer contact person to handle existing customer inquiries, interpret the customer needs, timely pass the information to the responsible partners internally for proper efficient response;
2.Collect, document and consolidate customers' satisfaction survey. Work with quality department to hold a meeting of “voice of customer” in quarterly basis and pushing for action plan of unsatisfied items.
3.Work with accounting department to make sure all A/R collection is settled in time. Find out the reason for overdue and make/suggest corrective actions for internal departments or customers and follow up.
4.Prepare the detailed information in terms of packaging cost, transportation cost etc. to support key account managers for potential business quotation.
5.Compile weekly/monthly sales report which includes actual delivery qty, monthly turnover, forecast accuracy etc. proactively communicate with relative people for abnormal data through analysis in order to get maximum sales volume.
6.Update sales price of prior quarter base on raw material actual purchase price for every three months in ERP system. Check, review and correct the sales data in ERP system according supporting documents to ensure the sales data accuracy.
7.Be an interface of internal department, technical center and customer to coordinate sampling charge, mould cost charge etc.
8.Coordinate administrative preparation before any sales activities to ensure professional approach which includes site visit, client meeting, etc.
资格要求(Qualifications):
1.Junior college diploma above.
2.More than 2 years sales working experience in a multinational company or Sino Foreign Joint Venture Company.
3.Familiarity with Microsoft office software.
资质/技能(Qualifications/Skills):
1.Good communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
2.Has basic knowledge in International trade affairs; Multi-cultural / English language background
3.Initiative, reliability, has sense of numbers.
