工作职责：
1 安装并调试制模机部件
2 连接并调试制模机电气、液压、冷却系统
3 设置制模机参数（例如：塑料熔点、注射时间、注射压力等）
4 负责调试各种产品
5 负责所有产品的相关报表
6 负责机器的日常检查、维修和保养，确保产品正常生产
7 对模具进行检查和维修

职位要求：
1 3年以上制模机的安装与调试
2 精通注塑模过程、材料和工具
3 熟练操作电脑
4 能够进行英语或者德语沟通者优先
5 有ENGEL（恩格尔）机器操作经验者优先
6 团队合作



Job description :
1 Safely handle and load / unload mould tools onto the moulding machines
2 Make necessary connection of the electrical, hydraulic and cooling systems to the mould
3 set the molding parameters ( e.g. Plastic melt temperatures, shot size, injection speed, injection pressure, open and close speed of the mould, etc...)
4 Adjust or optimtate the molding parameters until acceptable parts are produced
5 Create the reports ( e.g. process parameter reports )
6 Troubleshooting on all machines to ensure efficient manufacturing of all the parts
7 Perform the basic maintenance of the moulding machines
8 Repair of the machine in consultation with the specialist of machine manufacturer.
9 Change the moulds which are convertible in order to produce the different parts ( e.g. Building fastener with different lengths )
10 Maintain and repair of the moulds


Requirement :
1 must have a minimum of 3 years experience of setting / process optimation of injection moulding machines
2 must have a good understanding of the injection moulding prozess, materials and tooling
3 must have PC working knowledge
4 Knowledge of English or German would be an advantage
5 Experience with ENGEL machine would be an advantage
6 is able to work in team
