Main responsibilities

• To deal with the internal product&process failure found by manufacturing process
  负责产品制造过程中缺陷问题处理。
• Involve the release activity of Production line include Machining ,Tooling and guage by right application of Q-Tools (MFU/MSA).
  应用适当的质量工具（如MFU和MSA）参与产线含设备、工具和检具的批准工作。
• Involve the quality release activity of production documents include Control plan, Inspection plan, Critical samples etc.
  参与生产线有关质量文件的批准，包含控制计划，检验计划和边界样品等。
• To organize the new Employee‘s training&assement for quality skill related.
  协调有关新员工质量基本技能的培训和评价。
• Generate Routine Product Audit &Requalification Planning and Well Following up.
  制定日常的产品审核和再验证计划并予以正式跟踪。
• Perform routine internal process audit (VDA6.3) and follow up audit findings and improvement progamme.
  定期实施制造过程审核并跟踪审核报告和改善活动实施。
• To monitor the internal quality performance status and report in stat‘ Toolings.
  (SAP-Q)监控内部质量状况并应用SAP系统质量统计分析系统定期报告。
• To identify and propose quality improvement opportunities and well implement .识别和建议相关质量改善的机会并予以有效监控。
• Support the Temporary task assignment by directly supervisor支持主管领导安排的临时工作

Requirements:

• Above junior college，Major in Mechanical, Manufacturing or its equivalent.
  大专以上学历,机械制造或其他相关专业
• At least 3 years quality experiences in Automotive Industry and be familar with the workshop quality Management
  至少3年以上在汽车行业质量工作经验并熟悉现场质量管理工作
• Skill for English communication by oral and written
  熟练的英语听说读写能力
• Basic knowledge of TS/VDA Standard
  掌握TS及其VDA标准的基本知识
• Be similar with the customer quality requirement of Automotive industry
  熟悉汽车行业客户的质量要求
• Familiar with Excel and word software etc
  熟练使用Excel和 word等办公软件
