Responsibilities 职责
1. Carrying out daily urgent troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
执行日常的应急维修和预防性维护。
2. Maintenance of manufacturing machines.
维护保养生产性设备。
3. Request of spare parts and technical support.
维修备件的申请和技术支持。
4. Repair major machine failure independently.
独立处理重大设备故障。
5. Draw up and update equipments safety operation regulation, routing inspection instruction, maintenance plan etc.
制定和更新设备安全操作规程，巡检指导书和维护计划等。
6. Identify machine degradation, and propose solutions.
识别设备劣化情况，制定相应解决方案。
7. Participate in TPM activities to improve equipment efficiency.
参与全员生产维护活动，提高设备的使用效率。
8. Equipment failure analysis, writing training document.
设备故障分析, 编写内部培训文档。
9. Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup.
支持设备和设施的安装和调试。
10. Improve machine performance，draw up the technical solution.
改进设备性能，制定解决方案。
11. Participate in final inspections of new machinery.
参与新设备的最终验收工作。
12. Continual improvement of the technical knowledge.
持续提高技术知识。
13. Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification required资格要求
1. Education学历
Minimum Technical College.
大专以上学历。
2. Training培训
Good knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic functions.
掌握机械、液压、气动方面的知识。
3. Skills技能
Reading and understanding of technical drawings, skilling in Autocad, better in Autodesk Inventor.
掌握理解技术图纸，熟练掌握Autocad使用，会Autodesk Inventor 最佳。
Can read and speak English.
能进行日常的英文交流。
4. Experience工作经验
Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance.
三年以上机械设备维修工作经验。
