Job description
·调查、分析和评估目标市场和供应渠道，以确定物料需求和采购时机；
Due to organize the collection and the analysis work for the materials‘ market information.
·负责日常采购业务的执行，按计划要求保证物料供应，保证达成公司所期望的物料种类、库存、质量和成本目标；
Due to department daily management work, ensure the requirements of company are met.
·供应商管理,包括新供应商开发、评审、选择、考核与维护；
Due to keep the relationships with the suppliers, include new suppliers seaching, assessment and maintenance.
·对供应商进行必要的技术支持和改善指导；
Due to provide the technical support and improvement suggestion to the suppliers.
·负责对采购件的开发速度、价格、质量和产能把关并保证供货期
Due to ensure the sourcing efficiency, price, quality and capacity of suppliers. And meet the requirements of components delivery.
·负责采购相关数据的汇总、分析和优化
Responsible for the collection,analysis and optimization of the data related the purchase work.


Required qualifications
·大专及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above.
·钣金加工或机械制造行业5年以上采购工作经验，熟悉钣金加工设备，模具，工装治具，金属板材等采购工作；
Above 5 years’ purchasing work experience in sheet metal machining
·熟悉采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核及相关质量标准体系；
Familiar with purchasing procedure, and the evaluation systems of the supplier and the quality standard
·良好的谈判、人际沟通能力和较强的职业道德素质；
Good skills for the negotiation and the communication. have the makings of the occupational ethics.
·英语熟练
Excellent English language skills
