工作职责：

- 根据销售预期，作出每周和每月的生产计划。
- Based on the sales forecast, make the production plan on the weekly and monthly base.
- 根据客户要求，每周给生产单位下发日生产计划和生产工单。
- According to the customer requirement, release the daily production plan and work order to production department on every week.
- 根据实际生产状况跟踪生产进度，处理缺件。
- Follow up production process and adjust production plan according to actual status, solve missing parts problem.
- 平衡生产能力 & 工作负荷。
- Balance production capacity & workload.
- 将生产进度异常反馈给项目管理部门。
- Coordinate with OPC for production delay.
- 及时确认客户订单 并回复物料信息。
- Effective confirmed customer’s order and feedback material information just in time.
- 根据销售预测及销售变更，有必要时及时调整生产计划，满足销售变动需求。
- Check and ensure supplier’s invoice is right and make voucher maintenance in system, and make an application.
- 对多余成品库存的分析、监控、处理。
- Analyze, monitor and deal with idle finished goods.
- 按照销售部门订单，生成发货计划并给客户们及时发货。
- Follow the sales open order, make the shipping plan and arrange delivery to the customer on time.
- 负责周、月生产线OEE数据、跟踪生产线改善计划。
- Responsible for weekly，monthly production OEE data and follow up production improvement action.
- 负责周、月计划达成率及出货及时率。
- Responsible for weekly, monthly production planning completed rate and in-time rate.

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历。
- College degree or above or above.
- 3年及以上制造业供应链计划职务。
- Over 3 years and above working experience in manufacturing supply chain planning.
- 良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度, 与内外部的合作伙伴保持良好的沟通。
- Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude,Good communication with external and internal partners.
- 团队精神，积极主动，敬业精神。
- Team work. Take initiative. Work under pressure.
- 良好的英语口语及书面英语优先考虑。
- Good English both in oral and written is preferred.
- 数据分析技巧和 良好的Excel 知识。
- Data analysis skill and good Excel knowledge.
- 熟悉精益生产， 精益供应链和工艺工程，质量体系管理，目视化管理。
- Keen in lean production and logistics、industry engineer, quality system management, visual management.
