Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or related (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

- You have minimum 5 year working experience in supply chain and quality department. QA management experience preferred

- Good English skills, writing and speaking

- You have good negotiating skills

- Willing to take challenges and responsibility

- Knowledge of ISO requirements and audits

- Strong project management and computer skills

- ERP system and Quality system experience needed

- Proven leadership skills, coaching and developing leaders & employees

- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage to / achieve metrics

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, peers, and executives

- Strong internal and external customer focus with great follow-up

- Ability to provide after hours support when needed

We are offering:

RMB7,000 - 9,000 monthly salary depending on working experience and skills.

Job Description:

- Manage the company's quality inspection team
- Effectively interact with production and development teams to maintain product quality and help introduce new products
- Maintain controls and documentation procedures
- Set quality assurance compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.

- Conduct on-site audits to assess supplier quality management systems, process and quality capabilities and controls, test and validation methods, etc.

- Develop processes to improve include supplier development, supplier and product qualification, and all other related processes.
